This Witch hat is one of the best selling items at craft show. Everyone loves it. It stands approximately 8 1/4", is made of muslin, stiffened with fabric stiffener and sprinkled with cinnamon. A piece of aged cheesecloth is tied around the crown and alittle rusty moon hangs from the tip of the hat. What makes this hat so popular is the stained tag. One side reads "The Witch is In" and the other side reads "The Witch is Out".
